Mediamonkey change file path video downloads

I am using the latest version of MMW5 If I created a sub-folder artist name and unzip another album to the sub-folder, again after a few seconds the Collection shows the new contents. My "Downloads Folder" Collection again updates after a few seconds. In this case those tracks in the top level i. They stay even if I press F5. There is sometime a pop-up message about failed tags for the now missing files. A full rescan results in the Remove Unavailable Files dialogue where you can try to locate or Remove from the library.
